- 업무 내용
Due to the growth of the business, we are seeking for a Business Liaison Associate as the administrative representatives to provide high quality and proactive end-to-end administrative and operational support for all business functions
Reporting to the General manager, South Korea, the Business Liaison Associate will be responsible for coordinating and executing the Procure to Pay processes that include contracts management, SAP purchase orders and purchase requisitions, and invoice payment processes, as well as other general administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- In line with the Contract Policy, coordinating contract requests (CRs) including use of company standard contract templates, coordinating contracts approval process and obtaining sign-off by authorized parties, and uploading the fully executed copies of all contracts in the Contract Management System (CMS).
- In line with the Procurement and Finance polices, submit new vendor requests, raising and following through the purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) processes via SAP in a timely manner on behalf of the business owners.
- Support to development materials and review process, KRPIA reporting
- Ensure high quality and attention to details relating to goods/services’ type, description, quantity, and price in system that matched with contracts.
- Manage and submit expense reimbursement including corporate credit card expenses via Concur timely
- As the go-to administration representative for the business functions, providing flexible support to work collaboratively with other team e.g. company activities and events.
JOB SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor of degree in Business administration or similar discipline
- 1 to 3 years’ team admin or other administration experience,
- Preferably from biotechnology / pharmaceutical or multinational company
- This position is based in Seoul

- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Concur, SAP Purchase Orders, Workday, DocuSign.
- Proficient in Collaboration tools such as Teams, One Drive, SharePoint and Zoom.
- A quick learner to new technology and app

- 근무기간: 입사 후 1년 ( ASAP 입사 선호 )

- 급여조건: 직전 급여 및 경력에 따라 조율 해드릴 예정 ( 신입 - 내규 / 최저임금 크게 상위)
- 근무위치: 강남역 부근
- 근무요일: 주 5일 (월~금)
- 근무시간: : 9:00 ~ 18:00 ( 파트타임 근무 희망시 조율 가능)
