팀 소개

The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok’s advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

 

Responsibilities
- Solving complex Billing issues via Invoicing / Statement adjustments and developing innovative support solutions

- Management of post-advertising Overdues & Cash collections

- Operationalize onboarding contracting and troubleshooting processes

- AR / AP Management

- Credit line Management

- Help develop and enforce documentation design, review, and storage up to date guidelines.

- Manage and keep the existing business process and policy docs up to date with continuous enhancements and new developments.

- Provide ad hoc support on revenue operation related work

 

Qualifications
- More than 1 year of professional working experience in sales operation, CRM system management or process optimization in fast-paced companies

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or another related area of study

- Logical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

- Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus

- Rich experience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, able to work with multinational teams

- Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace

- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. SalesForce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.), and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus

- As a global team, business-level English (Fluency in English is a plus) to communicate with Xfn and cross-regional partners is required.

- 연봉: 회사 내규, 경력 보유 시 협의

- 계약형태: 맨파워그룹코리아 소속 파견계약직

- 계약기간: 입사일로부터 1년 (비즈니스 상황에 따라 연장 가능)

- 근무장소: 서울 강남구 테헤란로 518, 12층 (삼성역 인근)

- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (월~금, 주5일)
