Workflow Consultant

Main Responsibilities :

-Implementation of the Automation (CCM) project plans that are required to make the customer experience go-live a success in the market

- Lead Automation’s Project Management successfully based on project schedule.

- Work in cross-functional team consisting of Workflow, IT and Engineers functions.

- Stretch skill to other function to deliver better outcome for customer effectively and productively

- Build and sustain reliable partnerships with relevant customers (external/internal)

- Develop improved process of implementation to deliver high productivity

- Co-create and implement the agile team strategy and meet defined outcomes.

- Identify market opportunities and customer need in order to create value for the customers and patients.

- Share relevant insights/developments and ideas with agile team and home team.
