[모집부문 및 담당 업무]

Project Coordinator (LG U+ Team 1명, KT Project Team 1명)
* General project administrative role
* Support delivery team on financial LE (Latest Estimate) reporting by providing required data and reports on given schedule
- Financial data gathering and report preparation according to Financial LE schedules and forms
- Data sanity check and then provide a report to the person in charge
- If necessary, meet with the person in charge to perform data validation and understanding
* Support delivery team on internal management reporting (e.g. PPR) by providing required data and reports on given schedule
- Prepare financial data gathering and report according to PPR and various reporting schedules and forms
- Data sanity check and then provide a report to the person in charge
- If necessary, meet with the person in charge to perform data validation and understanding
* Provide various administrative support (e.g. Purchase Request, Equipment delivery to customer WH, etc)
- After understanding the contents of the Purchase Request, fill out an internal form to proceed with the process
- After approval by the internal approver, request the next person in charge to proceed with the process
- Support for delivery of goods to the customer
* Customer interface
   - Communicate with the customer representative if necessary regarding the delivery of goods to the customer

 
[자격요건]
• 엑셀 중급 이상으로 피벗테이블 및 함수 사용에 능숙하신 분
• 파워쿼리, 파워피벗 등 고급 기능 사용 가능하신 분 선호 (필수 아님)
• 기본적인 영어 (특히 읽기, 쓰기) 가능하신 분 (잘할 수록 좋지만 필수는 아님)
• 데이터를 다루는 job이기 때문에 꼼꼼한 성격을 소유하신 분 선호
• 많은 양의 데이터 (특히 엑셀)을 다뤄본 경험이 있는 분 선호

[근무 조건]
- 급여조건: 연봉 3,000 만원 (세전)
- 근무위치: 서울시 강남구 영동대로 417 오토웨이타워 (삼성역 도보 5분 거리)
- 근무시간: 주 5일 (월~금) 09:00 ~ 18:00
- 계약기간: 최대 23개월까지 근무 가능
- 고용형태: 파견계약직
