[업무내용] 

- Manage VOC (Voice of Customers) including inquiries and complaints and establish preventive action in relation to issues. Respond to customers’ and stakeholders’ inquiries from the phone or any other channel promptly

- Handle the manual order (Return, Sample, Sample Return, Warranty, Inspection, Donation) transaction into SAP and provide the proper & timely communication for the customers (mainly distributors)

- Collaborate / communicate with Planning & Commercial team to allocate stock for better management of back orders

- Communicate with 3PL in real-time to check warehousing of goods and deliver the products on time

[지원자격]
- 국내외 4년제 학사 이상 (전공무관)
- 영어 중급 이상자 (writing, reading)
- 우수한 컴퓨터 활용 능력자(MS office, Word 등)

- 의료기기, 제약 관련 유경험자 우대

- 관련 경력 보유자 및 SAP 활용 가능자 우대 (필수사항 아님)

[근무환경]
- 계약기간: 12개월 파견계약직(평가 이후 1년 연장 가능)
- 근무지: 서울시 용산구 한강로2가(4호선 신용산역 부근)
- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (주 5일 근무)
- 급여: 신입의 경우 회사내규, 경력직의 경우 경력 및 최종연봉에 따른 차등 지급
- 특이사항: 회사 내규에 따른 재택근무 가능, 여름 휴가비, 명절 상여금 별도 제공, 통신비 지원
